I live in the blue ridge Mountains in the the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia with my husband of 15 years and my 3 kitties. I love nature photography, music, dancing, hiking, kayaking and going to the beach. I love children and all animals.  

I dream of using my photography as a means to help the environment and if it's meant to be as a means to make a living but I am currently in a customer service job at a direct mail company. I also am interested in healing via energy work and massage. At this point I just practice this on friends but maybe one day when the time is right this will be more of a part of my life on a bigger scale.

I have also discovered that I LOVE to do yoga :-)  I used to run for years but after my knees and hips told me enough was enough I started doing yoga and to my surprise not only was it a great way to chill out but still kept me in shape like running. I also dream of one day teaching others to do Yoga so that I can share  the benefits with others.

I found Zaadz in an add in Yoga Journal. I didn' t  know exactly what this place was but I was intreagued and now I'm here  and I'm so glad I found this place because it feels like home to me !   :-)
